[BIZXIM Product Introduction Case] Asada Iron Works Co., Ltd.

Dramatic changes in the speed and system of performance data collection! A case that also contributed to the reduction of work-in-progress inventory.

At Asada Ironworks Co., Ltd., sales management and finance were handled by a mainframe, while order arrangements and cost management were done on a mini-computer. There was some data exchange, but fundamentally, the processes were disjointed, including manual tasks. It was significant that we could have conversations about where the issues were and what could be done to address them, leading to the implementation of our 'Biz SCAW Production Number Management System.' The speed and accuracy of performance data collection dramatically improved, and the closing process, which previously took a month and a half, was reduced to just a few days. Additionally, the work-in-progress inventory, which used to be about 0.95 months, was improved to approximately 0.8 months. [Challenges] - Lack of consistency in core business operations; systems were disjointed - Time-consuming cost management - Difficulty in process management - The system was not adapting to environmental changes - Decreased awareness among business personnel *For product details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
